* Deluxe Villas (540 sq ft)
Layout: Bedroom + Bathroom with individual Patio
Tariff (Double Occupancy): Ranging from Rs 8950 to 18950 Per Day depending on Season & Inclusions.
We offer Bookings with or without Meal Plans that may include Breakfast, Lunch, High Tea & Dinner. Some Packages will include Safari and Jeep Tours.

* Prices are very dynamic, they may go up on certain dates and as per availability. Please check with our Sales Team for your exact Tariff amount and inclusions when making your booking.
* Any Extra Person/Beds above the Occupancy limit specified for the respective units will be charged at Rs 800/night/person. Children below 6 Years stay for Free and those above 6 Years will be charged Rs 800/night/person.
* All Pricing published above, are exclusive of Good & Services Tax (GST) that is currently levied at 12% for Rooms below Rs 7500/Day & 18% for Rooms priced higher.
* All Bookings will always be billed in advance. Some Guests may also be required to provide a refundable damage deposit. This will be refunded back at the end of the stay.
* All Pricing is inclusive of all Utilities and without any hidden charges. Your charges are explicitly specified in the quote and booking confirmation.
* Cancellation Policy – We offer a flexible ZERO Cancellation Charge for any reservation cancelled 7 Days before check-in date. A 50% Cancellation charge is levied, if you cancel or modify a confirmed reservation within 7 Days of check-in date. Any other corporate stay cancellation policy will be mentioned by our sales team in your booking confirmation.
